    Our portal also has a built in chat so you can speak to us and our chat will automatically assign itself to that property, so no one misses any communication again.

  • Marketing your property correctly is crucial to achieving the highest rent offers and the best tenants.

    We take care to produce the best photographs including drone photography and amazing 3d walkthrough’s to showcase the property.

    We advertise on Rightmove and have access to premium listings.

    Social media is a strong focus for us and is an ever growing way of locating and finding the best tenants.

  • We will arrange and conduct all viewings for you.

    Upcoming viewings and feedback on viewings is visible in your client portal.

    We will call you to discuss the viewings, the people we have seen and help you decide who to proceed with.

    We can conduct interactive virtual viewings, however we will always request an in person viewing prior to any agreements being made.

  • It all starts here. Finding the right tenant can lead to fantastic long term returns on your investment. The tenant is a key partner in all of our goals.

    We have vigourous referencing requirements to help best ensure we have found a tenant with the means to afford the property and who will look after it as required.

  • We use the services of the Tenant Deposit Scheme (TDS).

    The TDS is the only non profit deposit scheme.

    For fairness for everyone and for an impartial service that primarily relies on us, as an agent to provide the optimal outcomes, Landlords will be required to utilise the TDS custodial account services.

    We do not charge for the deposit or return of deposit to the tenant.

    An hourly fee does apply to deposit complain and resolutions.

  • Moving in can be a big day for your new tenant and we want to make it as smooth as possible. We provide a welcome pack with all the information your tenant needs and access to their portal login.

  • We carry out a property inspection at 3 months and then 6 monthly after.

    Many Landlord insurance providors require this schedule within their policies.

    This inspection schedule is beneficial for tenants too as it presents an open opportunity to discuss any issues they are having and allow us to learn more about our tenant, their lives and their future intentions.

    When a tenancy has been ended by either the tenant or the landlord we make sure the right notices and procedures are followed to avoid any disputes and allow you to plan your next move.

  • For Complete Management Landlord, you have the additional option of Guarenteed Rent Insurance.

    In the event of non payment and rent arrear, we will automatically start the process to recover funds and in the meantime ensure you still receive your rent on time.

Tenant Find / Let Only

Our let only service helps you market your property and find the right tenant.

We will also register your deposit with the TDS and be on hand to assist with renewals and rent reviews.

You still get access to use our maintenance team and reporting services.

Rent Only

Rent only means we will find the tenant and collect rent monthly, but you will be the main point of call for your tenants and will ensure your property is compliant with latest legislation.

You are responsible for accounting such as rent arrears.

You still get access to use our in house property maintenance team and reporting services.

Complete Management

Our complete mangement package is bespoke to your requirements and we will handle the whole tenancy process.

We will be your tenants main point of contact and will do everything we can to ensure your property and tenancy is compliant.

You receive preferential rates for the maintenance team and your tenants have an emergency contact.
